Welcome

So I finally caved in and joined the blogging world. Not as cool as twitter, mind you, but still hopefully helpful.

I'm hoping this will keep me working on stories better and get me to update at least once a year instead of once every two years. As it stands right now, I'm working quite slowly on the next chapter of Going to the Chapel, and have a bit of a surprise coming up pretty soon that you all should stay tuned for! *Hint hint*

I'll blog about Going to the Chapel for now: how it's going and what's in store.

Last update: When we last left them, Sora and The Wolves were in over their heads thanks to our dear friends in the paparazzi. Sora was accused of cheating on Yamato with Taichi, and things were starting to spiral out of control when Yamato's and Takeru's grandmother got wind of it and decided to invite them to France for a visit.

How it's going: Writing from Takeru's pov in my last one-shot gave me some ideas for this next chapter, but so far it's a bit difficult to write. I'm currently 6 days away from the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) that I have to take for 3 of the 4 grad schools I'm applying to, and to put it bluntly, I need to do really, really, really well on these for the school I really want to go to. So...this and my homework have taken a backseat. I want to continue with this soon though before I lose my train of thought again.

What's in store: The next chapter has a title, "It Happens". So...2 out of like 6,000 words are done. Haha. Thank Sugarland for the inspiration. In fact, all titles from here to the end will be song titles because the songs seem to fit so well with content. In this chapter, though, we're going to shift a bit away from Yamato and Sora and look into Takeru's own life, specifically his love life. We're also going to meet Yamato's and Takeru's grandmother and grandfather, who should be particularly entertaining. And we're finally going to get back to some of the wedding planning because, you guessed it, the wedding's still on.

I hope to be updating this constantly with progress...meaning I hope I'll be making progress...but if you have any questions you want resolved or comments or thoughts in general, please don't hesitate to let me know.
